reStays Luxury Boutique Hotel

Really wonderful experience staying at ReStays for a full week and then for a wedding over the weekend. Staff was so consistently kind and helpful. Great amenities with a better-than-usual gym, a nice bookable theatre room and a beautiful courtyard. We would absolutely stay here again. I think the only suggestion I have would be additional hooks on the back of the bathroom doors - not enough places to hang things!

The car parking at the hotel was $42.94 (from 1am to 3pm) and the price for the Good quality condo hotel for $331 (check out 11am), it was a one bedroom and a den room in the unit for us 3 people. We were satisfied with the stay. One star taken because the balcony was locked.

This is the only hotel I book whenever I come to Ottawa for work. It’s within walking distance of Parliament and nearby parliamentary buildings, with an excellent location on Sparks Street. The rooms were outstanding, and Gillian and the entire team were incredibly accommodating. I accidentally left my laptop in the lounge and had already returned to Toronto, but I was notified immediately. Exceptional service—five stars.

This is now our "go to" hotel in Ottawa. The location is perfect - within walking distance to many attractions, and also easy access to transit. We had an executive one bedroom and were very pleased with the layout and amenities. The room was clean, fresh, and extremely well equipped with a full kitchen, plenty of storage, hanging closets, work space and very bright with natural light. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The room was like new, and the employees were great. It is also located at a perfect place. We looked at many different places, and almost chose one with a "better" location. They were all in close proximity of each other so it is not an issue. Parking in Ottawa stinks - this hotel is directly across, and also next to, parking garages. The only "negative" (I thought that I needed to add something so you knew this review was real) is that the hotel does not have a restaurant/bar. This really isn't an issue since there are restaurants close - within walking distance. This is a best bet!!!!!!

Very convenient location for downtown meetings and access to Parliament Hill. There is a wide variety of room types/views so take a look on the website to find the room type that you prefer. I love the view over Sparks St from the heritage lofts. Decent gym space and cedar sauna. Great staff - very friendly and helpful. Always very clean. This really is the best spot.

Great place to stay. Very convenient to everything. Apartments are god size and perfect. The front desk are amazing, and very accommodating. Josh and Mark were exceptional and super helpful. Will def recommend.

I waited till the last minute to book this place and was not disappointed. The service was the front desk staff was excellent. Stayed in the Sparks tower in an executive suite which was amazing. The rooms were a good size, kitchen, laundry and all the things you want for your stay and more. The unit was clean and well organized with everything thought out for their guests. The bed was comfortable and the onsite amenities were abundant. Areas to work, lounge and exercise. Great location, near good restaurants and historical sites. Staff were super friendly and greeted guests just waking by. My only complaint is that I only got to stay here 1 night. I would love to stay here for the week or longer. A great experience! Side note, parking is pricy in that area so do your research for cheaper options. I found parking a few blocks away that was $15 per day vs the $37 plus tax at the hotel.
